Criminal background check.
If you have couple of minor violations such as speeding ticket etc, it may not affect you to get working visa, but if you have too many minor violations, your visa application is not alwyas guaranteed to be accepted.
The criminal background check is only valid within 180 days/ 6 months of the E2 visa application.
